What is a Social Recommendation?

Word of Mouth recommendations have always been the most trusted and influential form of advertising. Social media has massively amplified Word of Mouth (WOM) recommendations, giving rise to a powerful new form of WOM recommendations: “Social Recommendations.”

How does Zuberance’s Social Recommendations service work?

Zuberance uses its suite of Social Recommendations applications to identify a company’s most enthusiastic customers (AKA “Brand Advocates”) and make it easy for them to recommend the brand or product via reviews, stories, answers, offer sharing, and more.

How does Zuberance identify Brand Advocates?

We identify Brand Advocates by asking the “Ultimate Question” for customer loyalty: “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this brand or product to a friend?” People who answer 9 or 10 are considered Brand Advocates. We also identify Brand Advocates via social media listening tools.
