Zuberance is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to provide hands-on leadership in managing our day-to-day business operations including accounting, finance, budgeting, HR, facilities, IT, and more. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person also will work with other senior executives and managers in sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering to ensure the smooth overall operations of the business and ensure all deadlines and initiatives are met.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have experience with online advertising and online media pay-for-performance pricing models.
- Minimum five to seven years of senior financial leadership experience (as a CFO, Director of Finance or Director of Operations with budgeting responsibility) in a software and/or online media and marketing company
- Ability to lead, plan and manage in an entrepreneurial, team oriented office in a fast-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and work well with all levels within an organization; excellent communications skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, and drive to meet organizational and departmental objectives
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point); and experience with various accounting and payroll programs

The Zuberance on demand platform enables companies to identify, mobilize, and track their advocates and thereby generate valuable leads. Zuberance is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial director of product management to own the cross functional product roadmap development and management process. This role requires a very confident and fearless individual that understands the collaborative and communication driven nature of good product management that sits at the nexus of engineering (technical requirements), sales (customer need), and competitive marketplace (differentiation). The Zuberance platform product management director must be comfortable and skilled at talking to engineers, sales reps, estaff, and customers all within the same hour of any given day.
This position reports to the VP of Products and Marketing and is initially an individual contributor role.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of software product management experience
- Social apps and enterprise software experience required
- Industry experience in online marketing and advertising highly desirable
- Ideally has technical undergrad and business grad or on the job business experience

Skills

Zuberance is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial web / UI developer with strong design skills, or a visual designer with strong html/css skills. The candidate must have experience doing wireframes for web/client business or consumer applications. An entry- to mid- level position, this is a good role for someone with an open mind to learn new skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A few years' experience in a similar web design/development team is highly desired...no candidates will be considered without a portfolio of work samples.
This position reports to the VP of Products and Marketing.
Experience
- 2-4 years of web / UI design and development experience
- Client side social or enterprise software application experience required
- Experience working with enterprise class software development team a must
- Experience with Grails, Javascript or Flash a plus
- Ideally has technical undergrad or graphic arts degree
Attitudes/Skills
- Experienced web designer, familiar enough with Photoshop that it might as well be a natural extension of your hands
- Considers going to HTML or asset creation without a creative brief or wireframe a felony
- Passion for designing to maximize conversion. You can't wait to get the numbers from a newly-launched application or site so you can go in and start tweaking
- Comfortable designing within a well-defined (and in some cases, not so well-defined) set of corporate branding guidelines.
- Black belt hand-coding HTML/CSS skills, with a passion for CSS Zen Garden-style web development
- Good cross-browser debugging skills
- Strong sense of pride, accountability, and humor when working with server side and javascript-esque hard code developers who find your work less than perfect
- Comfortable working in/around dynamic page code (asp, jsp, php, etc.)
